Thoroughly mix the flour, yeast, and salt
Add the water
Knead until well mixed
Put in an oiled bowl in a warm place and cover for 12-18 hours.
Sprinkle the top of the dough with flour. Press down the dough.
Wait 1 hour
Begin preheating your LoafNest or Dutch Oven at 450°F
Wait 1 hour
Remove the LoafNest from the oven. Insert the liner. (If using a Dutch oven, line with parchment paper)
Flip the oiled bowl upside down, using one hand to catch the dough. Place the dough into the LoafNest.
Cut a line down the middle of the dough with a sharp knife
Cover the LoafNest and bake for 45 minutes
Remove the lid
Bake for an additional ~10 minutes, until it looks the right color
