Ingredients
Load
- 1.5 lb Ground meat (beef, pork)
- Lipton onion recipe soup & dip mix
- 1 Slice sandwich bread Wet with water
- 1 Egg
- Parsley
Sauce
- Brown Sugar
- Ketchup
- Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Wet bread with water, squeeze out excess
- Mix meat, Lipton onion recipe soup & dip mix, bread, egg, parsley
- Form into load shape in meatloaf pan
- Bake 30 minutes at 350℉
- Mix brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce
- Coat loaf in sauce
- Bake an additional 30 minutes at 350℉
